Put your own Happiness at the expenses of others pain

Once a friend of mine asked me why my posts are so negative no happiness. So it got me to think a bit...... is life that much of a happiness? So comes to think of it, actually whether one lives happily depends very much on himself. Even a very bad environment one can find happiness if one is satisfy with what they have and start to appreicate.

Of course there is always a "put your own happiness upon other's pain" directly or indirectly....
