Eating Habits

Recently I have been doing some reading regarding health; not that I am in bad shape but when a man gets on with age; some things just have to take care.

1. If you take too sweet, it adds on to your weight. So less soft drink, less fruit juice.
2. If you take too salty, it retains water. So will make you think you are a water tank.
3. If you take too much herbal drink, is too "liang", not good for guys; if you know what I mean.
4. A mug of beer is equal to half an hour of jogging.

So if you wants to live healthy, you have to balance your diet.
So if you want to balance your diet, you have to be cautious in what you eat.
So if you are cautious in what you eat, then you might not enjoy what you eat.
So if you might not enjoy what you eat, then you are a cow.
Because a cow eats to survive, human eats to enjoy.
