Funny People

Like in all trade, especially in customer service, you meet all type of people,funny people. I have encountered quite a few in my two months as a hawker. Let me name you a few:

1. As my stall provides "self service", I have this auntie who can tell me she is excuse from carrying tray. Sound as though she knows how army works.

2. I also have this auntie who refuse to "self service" and insisted we carried the food to her. Upon serving her, she gave me a lecture on "customer service".

3. As the pricing for herbal soup include rice, customers can initially say no need rice but after no success in deducting 30 cents from us will take the rice which they do not need. Chilli is another hot item where people took alot and keep asking you for more but never finished them or for some never touch them.

Human...a funny species.
